Our clients provide software, IT consulting, RFID technologies, professional services, training, instrumentation, and consumer goods. Some support specific industries: healthcare & life sciences, financial services, higher edu, air travel, aerospace & defense, real estate, and federal government.

What we need
We are looking to expand our team of hands-on Marketing Project Managers in the Greater Philadelphia area to lead or support new client accounts or expanded client projects. Having a track record in software and technology is preferred, but the ideal candidate brings energy, creativity, poise, instincts, problem solving, and vocal leadership to the table to proactively keep client projects and marketing plans on-time and focused.
What you’ll do
- Hands-on management of strategic projects and monthly programs
- Expertise in search, social media, and/or email marketing is a plus
- Skills in copywriting, web design and/or graphic design is a plus
- Harness the expertise of leadership, creative director, and copywriters
- Maintain executive-level project dashboards
- Perform market research as needed
- Present campaign reporting to clients
- Lead standing status calls with clients
- Participate in weekly internal status meetings
What you’ll need
- US. citizenship
- BA/BS/BFA degree is preferred
- 5+ years of experience; agency or corporate background
- Passion for working collaboratively with clients and internal teams
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Demonstrate your project management process
- Sample projects and campaigns managed or supported
- Flexibility to work remotely and in an office as needed
